BARTENDER
- We are looking for a great new team member to join our team as a waitress in our 228 beds new generation Hostel in Brussels.
- The mix of private and shared rooms will provide an aspirational and flexible spot for young-at-heart travelers in the city.
- We are looking for outgoing, friendly and passionate workers.
- As a waiter you need to be comfortable with changing tasks and taking charge.

Breakfast roles:
- Armed, replacement and disarmed.
- Control of stock and orders.
- Attend to the needs of our guests and the room.
- Cleaning of work areas.
Bar roels:
- Pre-assembled and service of simple kitchen preparations (eg: sandwiches, hot dogs)
- Control of stock and orders.
- Be in contact with guests, offer, recommend and sell.
- Take orders and make payments.
- Cleaning of work areas.

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

Pay: €12,00 - €14,00 per hour

We are searching for professional able to handle different tasks together and work under pressure. For us, exceptional service to our guests is a must, where solving issues is going smoothly and diplomatically. Full-time position, morning/afternoon shifts mostly, but possibly night shift in case of urgency. This position is very active, not a passive sitting behind the reception or in the office.

Titulación mínima: Diplomatura
Experiencia: De 2 a 3 años
Categoría profesional: Mando Intermedio

Idioma imprescindible: Inglés - Profesional
You have at least 2-3 years of experience as Receptionist Supervisor/Manager in the Hotel/Hostel industry (Experience from Hostel industry is a BIG plus)
• If you are coming from Hotel Industry, you are familiar with Hostel concept, guests and how it all works
• You have decent IT knowledge as we are high tech place
• Any experience from F&B is a plus
• Any experience with events/activities, social media is a plus
• Any experience with groups is a plus
• You speak fluent English and Spanish, basic Catalan + another language is a plus

- Maintain and update guest records.
- Handle cash and other forms of payment accurately.
Customer Service:
- Assist guests with any requests they may have during their stay.
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, transportation, and attractions.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Night Audit:
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions
and generating reports. - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department.
Languages: English – high level / French – Basic / Other ones is a plus.
Experience: previous reception work – desirable
