In Bilbao there are not residents, there are txikiteros. Txikiteros are names given to those who drink txikitos, small glasses of wine served in the bars.

Linens are always included. On the other hand, towels in shared dorms and pods have an additional cost of 1€/towel in Bilbao and Brussels, 2€ in Madrid and Barcelona and 2.50€ in Dublin. In private rooms, towels are always included.
All of our hostels, except for Barcelona and Dublin, have ensuite bathrooms. In Barcelona and Dublin bathrooms are located on the mezzanine floor (separate for male and female guests).
There are personal lockers inside each dorm.
We offer free luggage storage for groups in all of our destinations, except for Barcelona due to space limitations. Luggage storage can be offered subject to availability. Please consult our groups department in advance.
All guest information must be provided at least 15 days prior to arrival, in an Excel file sent to you by our groups department. In addition, each member of the group must present a valid government issued ID at check-in and sign the traveler's document.
We offer breakfast buffet, breakfast to go, lunch boxes and dinners. Our groups department can send you prices and menus depending on each city.
None of our hostels offers parking space. However, our staff can recommend you the closest ones to the hostel and most convenient for your group.
During check-in time, we will request a deposit of 20€ per person for Brussels, Bilbao, Madrid and Barcelona; and a deposit of 30€ per person for Dublin. It will cover for lost keys, sheets, duvets, possible damages or fines for breaking the house rules. It is a group deposit, not an individual one.
