What counts as a night towards my tier?
Both the booking and stay dates must be between July 1 and September 30.
Can discounts be combined with other promos?
No. Your tier discount applies only to direct bookings and can't be combined with other active campaigns or codes.
Can I lose my tier?
Your tier is valid for 12 months. Register at least one stay in that period to keep it; otherwise you return to the Guest tier.
Are the perks always guaranteed?
The discount is. Late check-out and upgrades depend on each hostel's availability and are requested at reception.
