We'll let you know when your pack is ready at LATROUPE Poblenou Beach: washed, verified and sealed, kept safe until you arrive. Come with what you're wearing and you're set.

Is the clothing clean?
Yes. Every pack goes through a 5-step hygiene process: washed, disinfected and sealed by professional companies before it reaches you.
Where do I collect and return the pack?
At LATROUPE Poblenou Beach reception or the point agreed when booking. Return it unwashed, in the original bag.
How do I apply the discount?
1. Access the Unpackers online store using the access code: PACKNOTHING
2. Select Latroupe Poblenou Beach as your destination.
3. A 30% discount will be automatically applied to your pack purchase.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your pack as early as possible; some packs need several days of preparation. Check the conditions when booking.
Is there a deposit?
A temporary hold is placed on your card to cover losses or serious damage. It's released after the pack is checked on return.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, under applicable law. If the pack is already prepared or shipped, proportional operating costs may apply.
