We've taken a look at Brussels' busy schedule of events and selected the most interesting ones, with something for everyone so you can enjoy a fun party.
We're starting off with a bang, with the best electro-rock, house, and techno music on the national music scene. This music festival takes place just outside the centre of Brussels, but it's well worth a visit if you're a fan of good music.
It's a small, express festival with eleven hours of nonstop music, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The rhythm will run through your body on the scariest night of the year.
You'll have to head to Frameries, specifically to the Sparkoh! museum, dressed in your scariest costume, because don't forget that a costume is mandatory. Once there, you can choose between its two stages, which will provide two different atmospheres.

No one can imagine Halloween without thinking about cut-out pumpkins; they're as typical as witch, zombie, or vampire costumes. But here in Brussels, we've taken the pumpkin theme to another level.
Groot-Bijgaarden is home to one of the most interesting places to visit on Halloween, or any other date if you're a pumpkin fanatic. In just under an hour by public transport, you'll be in a place where pumpkins are appreciated and studied. The gardens of Groot-Bijgaarden Castle are also worth visiting any time of year.
This 2025 edition features the Romans, so we'll find sculptures created with pumpkins that remind us of figures like Julius Caesar, as well as other creations that recreate buildings or architectural details from Ancient Rome.
The place is very original; you've certainly never seen anything like it. Although it's open from September 19th to November 2nd, the most special thing is what happens from October 25th, when the Halloween-related shows begin.
Until 9:00 PM, you can walk through a specially designated area for this Halloween pumpkin festival, with sound effects, lights, terrifying figures, and more surprises that we won't reveal.
It's also suitable for the whole family, as it offers activities and workshops designed for all members of the family.
In Wavre, about 40 minutes away by car and an hour and a quarter by public transport, you have one of the most fun options you can choose from during this time of year. Or are you going to tell me you don't feel like going to a theme park?
From October 11th to November 2nd, you can visit Walibi to enjoy its Halloween event, called Ibilaw. Between those days, there are specific days when its hours are extended and the park closes at 10 p.m. instead of 6 p.m.
With many surprises and scares, this year looks set to be the scariest yet. From what we can say, you can enjoy haunted houses, rides, themed areas throughout the park, and shows for the bravest.
